This June, I'll be joining RTX's Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) on the Manufacturing & Industrial Engineering (MEIE) track — an opportunity I'm genuinely excited about. My background spans controls engineering, hands-on research, and internships across the defense and clean-energy sectors.
